We now have a new program to help turn the Buffalo Wild Wings experience into revenue for your organization’s fundraising needs. It is a simple process- dine with us, have fun and earn money!
HERE’S HOW:
Step 1: Contact Alicia Rucker and mention this letter to begin the scheduling process. Alicia can be reached at arucker@foodmps.com.
Step 2: Complete a Buffalo Wild Wings fundraising application. This will be emailed to you after initial contact.
Step 3: Schedule a date and time for your fundraising event.
Step 4: Buffalo Wild Wings will email you an event flyer, which you can then print and distribute (or email) to everyone you know. The more people you invite- more money raised!
Step 5: On the day of your event, Buffalo Wild Wings will donate a percentage of total net sales (exclusive of taxes) sales from any guest that presents your fundraising flyer during event time.
Percentages are based on totals:
$100-$500: 10%
$501-$1000- 15%
$1001 and up-20%
Step 6: Buffalo Wild Wings will send you a check consisting of all proceeds within 4 weeks of your event.
